About Me
Who do you become when your survival strategy is silence?
I’m Kalyani Pardeshi
Growing up between Zambia and apartheid-era South Africa, I believed that I didn’t belong and this message was whispered by those closest to me and by society. Having experienced severe bullying at the age of 11, in boarding school, in another country far from home, reinforced this message. From name calling, isolation to being beaten up publicly, I survived by shape-shifting—erasing my true self to please others and fit into worlds that weren’t built for me.
Today, I am a two time TEDx Speaker, Multi-Award Winning Author, and a master of Radical Reclamation. I have traded silence for authority, helping leaders, educators, and high-performers stop abandoning themselves to meet external expectations.
As Canada’s only certified Flowcess Trainer, I bridge the gap between deep emotional trauma and actionable, scientific frameworks. I am a leading expert on “Self-Bullying”— so-called “motivational” behaviours which are the hidden cause of burnout that goes far deeper than a simple “Inner Critic”. Through my transformative methodology, I empower individuals to dismantle unconscious self-abuse and start leading by design.
Whether I am speaking to corporate executives, educators, or at-risk youth, my mission is the same: to provide the tools for you to reclaim your voice and build a life rooted in your unique brain design.
My Skills
Strategic Resilience & Culture Transformation
I don’t just teach theory; I provide the “Brain Skills for Life” that dissolve conflict and stop the cycle of burnout.
From helping educators unlock new ways to support youth, to empowering professionals with mental resilience, my expertise lies in identifying the unconscious patterns that burn high-achievers out.
Whether facilitating workshops for incarcerated youth or keynote speaking for corporate leaders, I bridge the gap between “coping” and true, intrinsic alignment.
